Band pushdown - 4 sets, last set to fail
10 pullup on :30 sec
Band lean curl - 5 sets, last to fail
50 mace turns
walk

Fri
70 min run/walk
walk later

Sat & Sun - walks
Mon - 100 high pull @24k, walk
