Bret S. training log

Just checked in, sorry to hear about your accident but glad you're on the mend.

A close relative of mine had a bike accident, hes fully recovered but it was long and slow.
Hes more into whisky and smoking than excersise haha
i think it definitely makes a big difference to our recovery when things like this happen, keeping the body strong is important.
Kinda glad i got rid of my bike a few yrs ago, always tempted to get another but remind my self how dangerous they can be.

Anyway, always inspired by your log bret

I'd like to fully blame the sand patch I hit but can't.. less throttle would have been safer and wiser... live and learn.

Walk

Rowing with mace, band press, DB hammer curl.
Mace 3 x 40 @22lb
Band low press 3 x 1 min TUT (barely making the last minute)
DB hammer curls 2 sets to failure
Hindu squat 3 x 10 (legs a little fatigued after yesterday's run)
