Bent Press Practice today.
Worked ladders 1,2,3 with the 24, and a few ladders of 1,2 with the 28 to get ready for next week. Also changing up my stance positions for my feet to experiment with what feels betters. What works for me is a stance similar to swings and GS versus the traditional windmill stance.
