I'm still alive and kicking. Now that the kids are back in school they bring all the germs and all the sickness. I'll hopefully be ready to go tomorrow but taking off the Giant for the rest of the week and restart Week 3 on Monday. It's a peak week so I want to be as close to 100% as I can be. maybe i'll do OS resets and other mobility stuff.
Nice and easy entry week. My plan is to perform the plan MWF, with the middle day being light volume by at least 20%. T-Th will be spend with Goblet squats and Pull ups or chin ups. A la Neupert's Push Pull 1 program. both are good compliments to the long cycle, IMO
