I wasn't able to progress my numbers from last Friday and my weekly volume only increased my 3NL total. the rungs of 5 were a bit of a grind today, and they shouldn't have been. There was decreased tension on the left side for some reason. I worked on maximizing tension with grip, abs, gluts and quads.
Based on how I've been feeling and watching my form on the videos, I'm considering dropping the snatches to 28kg starting next week, or at least use the 28kg for the higher rungs.

I guess it’s not as much cutback as i thought, seems like a cutback for snatches but not so much with the grinds. Those were tough ladders you did today.Your numbers are impressive.
