Hi everyone!
For several weeks I have been doing GTG loaded push-ups 4 times a week and with one push-up training a week (5x12-15) and with each week I notice progress (in the number of push-ups or the time under tension), but I have the impression that only one training session a week is insufficient for building muscle. Is it better to try to implement a second strength training, e.g. Tuesday, Wednesday GTG, Thursday training, Friday recovery, Saturday GTG, Sunday training and Monday recovery, or maybe just stay with one training session but increase the number of sets? Anyone using GTG with same movement training?
