Kettlebell Good calorific deficit for ROP

Are you saying you think Mark's row should go further back at the top? It looks fine to me - his elbow is past the line of his torso and he's maintaining square posture to the front.

I thought so. I might be mistaken. Or there might be differences in the form of an exercise based on your target. I use rows to support my mobility issues and I try to really start the move with my scapula first, retract scapula fully and then row. But I do it with light weight.

Do you think what I am doing is wrong or does it maybe contribute improving my scapular control?
