Hi all,
I'm not finding it easy to do the S&S stretching exercises. On both exercises I find it hard to hold the position as I find both quite uncomfortable (besides the stretch feel that is usually not that confortable).
Also, for the 90-90, I'm not so sure how to find the position or if I'm doing it right. I kind of feel a stretch in the glute, but it feels different from a typical muscle stretch as when touching toes or similar.
Finally, I'm not so sure how long to hold? Or is it mandatory to do every day? Is there any other assistance stretches to help progress?
I know this is probably because I lack flexibility at this stage, but I guess many of us starting S&S do.
