    11AM: shake with protein powder (Just Protein), milk, peanut butter, 1 packet of microwave oatmeal, crushed ice

    +

    coffee with lots of half and half

    later, 1 peach

    2PM: Prison Pad Thai, ramen noodles with peanut butter and sriracha, actually one of my favorite lunches

    1 peach

    6PM: couple of slices of Pizza

    diet root beer

    9:30: shake with protein powder (Just Protein), milk, peanut butter, 1 packet of microwave oatmeal, crushed ice

    and water with crystal light (raspberry green tea) in it throughout the day

    ..as you can see, most of my protein comes from protein powder (Just Protein, which is casein, egg powder, and powdered milk), milk, and peanut butter

    trying to eat a bit cleaner, but for now..

    Your shakes sound pretty tasty. That's really peanut butter or PB2?

    You should move this over to the Strong Food Logs section. Post consistently or even occasionally just to keep a record of how you're doing. If you look at mine you'll see that some days my choices are better than others.

    I'll try to do the food log more often,

    and yes it is real PB

    1PM: flush with fluids.

    crystal light +ice water

    coffee + lots of half an half creamer, no sugar

    3:30: Lunch

    chicken breast with white rice, 1 avocado, and 1 peach

    sriracha for flavoring

    GoLive Prebiotic/probiotic with meal

    7:00 Dinner

    fiber supplement, 1 rounded tbsp

    1 large pizza, cabbage salad w/ Cesar dressing

    2 small maple bacon donuts

    blueberry jello (love jello in the morning/afternoon)

    shake w/ just protein, milk, peanut butter, crushed ice, 1 microwave oatmeal packet, handful of organic blueberries

    handful of salted pretzels
