Keep moving

Today’s training was dubbed snatchercise :)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 bulgarian bag snatch
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 pushups
- 10 x 5/5 KB snatch (20 kg kb)
- 5 x 10/10 KK snatch (16 kg kb)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 bulgarian bag snatch
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 pushups

~6km run at the end..ouch! ha ha good effort.

Might have to try something similar, these look like fun, until you make the last run the longest ROFL
The original plan was to do 3 runs, with the snatches between. (Same distance). Of course I wished I had listened to my original plan. :) hahaha
