Keep moving

5 x (1-2-3) KB press (24 kg kb)
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one-arm swings (24 kg kb)*
1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups*
1 minute rest

*5 reps every 30 seconds.

Planned to go for a walk after the training, but the sky looked a bit too dark. Maybe I go after dinner.
 
Today I was less motivated, but that May not be an excuse of course. Now I am glad I did not listen to my mind.

3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 KB snatch (20 kg kb)*
- 2 minutes rest

5 reps every 30 secs. round 1: 4 x left, round 2: 4 x right, round 3: 2 x left - 2 x right
 
The oreo routine, a walk between to lower the heartrate.

10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (18 kg kb)
6 ROUNDS OF:
- 400 m. run
- 4/4 KB push press (22 kg kb)
- 10 tacfit med. ball exercise
- rest*

- 3.8 km walk

* training said 6 x 400 m run and 3 minutes rest. 3 minutes rest was the push press - med ball and than rest till 3 minutes were over.
