Keep moving

Seems my yesterday's post was not saved ?.
Yesterday it was:
40 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)
4.2 km run

In the afternoon a 6.9 km walk.

Today:

5 x 5/5 press (18 kg kb)
5 x 10/10 snatch (18 kg kb)
5 x 5/5 press (18 kg kb)
 
6 x 10/10 snatch (16 kg kb)
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 3 X 1 clean & 2 push press right (24 kg kb)
- 3 X 1 clean & 2 push press left (24 kg kb)
8 ROUNDS OF:
- 8 squat thrust with push up
- 10 double handed swings (24 kg kb)

notes:
1 clean followed nu 2 push praeses, repeated 3 time were done nonstop. After that (total 3 cleans and 6 push presses) the kb is parked on the grond.

squat thrust/ pushups: like a burpee but without the jump (see how the knee reacts)
 
6 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder 1-2-3-4 snatch (22 kg kb)
- 10 squat thrusts
- 15 woodchoppers (8 kg med. ball)*
4.1 km run

without the jump. ball on floor. squat down, grab ball and bring it in one motion straight upwards above your head.
 
Today's workout was based on Stew Smith 3 mile interval run with added snatches. Also did not time the distance exactly as my "marked" points are a little bit further, but easier to use than constany checking my watch.

Total of 5.1 km run (run/jog) and 8 x 10/10 snatch (18 kg kb)
 
This morning a 4.9 km walk. This afternoon, the following:
5 x 5/5 press (20 kg kb)
5 x 10/10 snatch (20 kg kb)
5 x 5/5 press (20 kg kb)

A new set every minute, so remai ing time is the build in rest. Odd minutes left side, even minutes right side.

Interval training, combining running and several sets of kb snatch.
Total: 3.5 km run and 16 x (10/10) snatch (16 kg kb).

When doing sets of snatches, I did 10 reps every 30 secs. (2 sets of 4 minutes and 4 sets of 2 minutes, and running between those sets).
