Keep moving

Grabbed the 18 kg kb, despite my mind telling me to use the 16 kg for today's training. Should have listened to myself. The only 2 kg felt tough today. KB and run circuit. Total distance running was 5 km.

6 ROUNDS OF:
- 6 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB (18 kg) snatch
- 200 m. run
3.8 km run
700 m. walk to cooldown and calm down the heartbeat.
 
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 6 x 1/1 clean & press (22 kg KB)
- 6/6 mace (10 kg) 360's

7 km run
500 m. walk
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 3 x 1/1 c&p (22 kg KB)
- 3/3 push press (22 kg KB)
- 10 tacfit med.ball (9 kg) exercise
- 100 m. (22 kg) KB walk left
- 100 m. (22 kg) KB walk right
 
- 20 x 5 KB (22 kg) snatch
200 m. double (22 kg) KB farmer walk
200 m. run
