Interestingly, only the first hard interval seen my HR go above MAF. The other ones I only hit about 138 bpm tops.

Excellent session! I was able to make the snatch more efficient by beginning the drop with recramping the glutes and holding the plank as long as possible before I released the hips. This seemed to help more store more energy in the hinge and release it into the ascent, making the lift faster and hit a bit harder too.

Eventful week at work, been forgetting to keep my log updated here.

Sleeping like s*** this week. Waking up about 2AM unable to really get back to sleep until around 6AM. Loads of pressure at work. I might need to start doing a little 15 minute walk every morning before work; they’ve helped a lot in the past with stress. Nothing like a bit of fresh air before you start the day.

I have the same without sleep, sometimes even no deep sleep at all. Of course not tested in a labatory but according to my garmin watch :)
