Got a blood blister on the third to the last left hand set...kept going until it popped so I didn't have to self-care by stabbing it. Still managed 30NR so boo yah! This one isn't in a bad spot I don't think, at least I was still able to row afterwards.

Ahhh, man oh man did I need this. These evening sessions do something a little extra to burn off the post-workday stress, ESPECIALLY with the 20 minute clean-up row after.

Picking up a bit of skill with the snatch lift now. I'm able to keep the bell out of my palm in the drop about 81% of the time now, even while fatigue builds into the red zone on these EMOMs. Very pleased! Again, I left jet fuel in the fighter plane fuel tank; I was going to run this session with the 28k but backed it down to the 24k. I'm also spacing out these EMOM sessions a bit more; last EMOM was 3 weeks ago on 03/01. Every 3rd week is good enough for now me thinks.

Quite tired. First day of working from home under the lock down. Today I worked 8-4, sleeping in until 7ish. Or at least I tried to sleep in but just ended up more tired, ha. Tomorrow I'll wake up at the usual 6:00 and login in around 7:00 and see how that works.

My skin on the right hand kept getting hotter the last 2-3NR on that side, so I shut it down at 22NR today. Live to snatch another day! Still not a bad showing considering I hit 28k x 30NR Thursday. A short time ago I would of killed to hit two 28k days in a 7 day period. So I got that goin' for me
