Bodyweight My favorite push-up variation at the moment

Hopefully some of you may find this useful. All that’s needed for this exercise is the floor and wall.

It’s much more difficult than it looks and does an excellent job working the delts, upper pecs, traps and triceps.

You’ll have to play around with the hand and foot placement to find what’s most comfortable for you.
 
These are awesome!! Have you posted about these before? I'm having a real deja vu moment here.
I’ve posted a very similar exercise similar to a wall HSPU touching the chest to the floor however I prefer this variation due to less strain on the lower back from the overarching.
