It does! Are you in IL too? I saw you mention in your log the snow and I thought to myself, "that sounds exactly like the weather I've been experiencing."
Fellow Illinois resident here as well.... I’m a little late to your party but catching up on your entries now. Nice work man! Keep on crushing it... i will be following from now on.

36kg 1H swings 10 x 10 in 6:53

Farmer's carry with the 36's for 2:15

Incline DB BP 60 x 10, 10, 10

Hip belt squat 270 x 10, 10, 10

C2 rower for 15 mins at MAF HR

Very happy about the swings because I didn't feel too bad at that pace. I think the MAF HR cardio pieces I've been doing are helping my conditioning...go figure! I'm thinking about testing the standards with the 36 in the next couple of weeks or so.

Suitcase carry's 32kg 6 laps up and down driveway

It was 90 plus degrees today and this was a garage workout. It was a sweat box.

Jump rope MAF HR 10 mins -- This was hard to keep my HR in the desired range. Jumping rope really gets my HR going. I am home for the next 4 days so the equipment I have access to is limited. But I do have my 24kg, 32kg and 40kg KB!

OK so the holiday weekend got away from me and I didn't touch the KB's at all. I got an itch to take a long bike ride and I had to scratch that itch. I did 20 miles (long for me). I kept within the MAF HR for most of it but there were some hills that brought me out of the MAF HR.

Today it's 5/29 and I had every intention of getting back to S&S today but I woke up feeling like I was hit my a truck! Not sure if it was from the bike ride, my allergies, or just being off schedule all weekend but I took the day off to recover. Looking forward to getting back at it tomorrow.

I got 9 hours of sleep last night and I feel about 85% better. I don't think it was the bike ride or allergies, I think I'm actually sick. Glad I'm on the mend though.

36kg 1H Swings EMOM 10 x 10 -- These felt harder than they did last week when I did it under 7 mins. I'll chalk it up to not feeling 100%

Farmers carry with 36kg's 2:34

Incline DB BP 65 x 10, 10, 10

Hip Belt Squat 270 x 10, 10, 10

Seated Calf raises 90lbs x 15, 15, 15

I'd like to test myself with the 36 at some point in June. That will be my short term goal on the way to my bigger goal.

Pushed the pace a bit today.

36kg 1H Swings 10 x 10 in 7:50

1 min rest

36kg TGU's x 10 in 9:26

TRX W, Y, T, Curls
15 of each except curls was 2 sets. x 20, x 15

I didn't stop sweating until about an hour after. I can't wait for the temp's to come down a bit!

32 TGU with 2 presses at the standing position x 10
10 total TGU's
20 total presses

BB Pendlay rows 135lbs x 10, 10, 10
KTE's x 10, 10, 10

I forgot how much I enjoy H2H swings.
I needed some more pulling work hence the rows.
I haven't done much pressing in a while and it showed. My left arm pressing was not up to par.

TGU's (R/L pattern) 40, 40, 44, 44, 40, 40, 44, 44, 40, 40

TRX: W, T, Face Pull 20 reps of each

I didn't time any of this workout. Just putting in work. Time to start bringing the 44 into my TGU's more so the 40 starts to feel lighter(hopefully).

Farmers Carry 36kgs for duration of 2:50

Incline DB BP 70 x 10, 10, 10

Hip Belt Squat 270 x 10, 320 x 10, 10

Seated calf raises 90lbs 2 x 15 with pauses at the top. 1 x 20 no pauses

Good workout. That's the fastest I've done the swings with 36kg... I felt it. I feel like doing it in 5 mins is still out of my grasp but I will see how the month progresses.

Feeling a little mentally burnt out and needed a change so I took my workout to the Forest preserve today.

32kg TGU
3 continuous reps per side
2 continuous reps per side
1 rep per side with 5-6 second holds at each step.

32kg 2H swings 10 x 10
Emphasis on the downswing.

32kg suitcase carry's to and from the car.

I had a lot of fun with this, just what I needed today.

Today was interesting. I went to the gym with the plan of doing my 36kg 1H swings every :30 for as long as possible and then lengthening the rest as needed. After that I was going to do TGU's with 40 and 44 and take my time, Here is what happened instead:

36kg 1H swings 10 x 10 in 4:50!!

1 min rest

36kg TGU's x 10 in 9:27!

I hit the standards with the 36! I really didn't expect this to happen, but by the time I got halfway through the swings I felt like going for it so I stayed with every :30. I wasn't planning on the 1 min rest either so I actually had to use that 1 min to move my KB to an area more suited for the TGU's...It was all kind of crazy but I'm glad I did it!

Finished with TRX W, T, Y's all for 15 reps.

20 min assault bike MAF HR

All in all a successful day!
