Axe@36: Max reps. 33 repeats. New PR. Happy about it. Could have continued, but felt it was suffiently better than my last PR, so I preferred to keep it safe.
14 minutes on a stationary bike. Very calm.
Some playing on my small step and on my big step. No load added.
I am tired today. Maybe I should have done AXE instead with a reduced weight and reduced reps. Will think about it. I will probably train AXE tomorrow.
Kb-mile@20 kilo. 11 minute. Quite easy. Almost meditation.
I draw a card to determine intensity:
1,2: 20 kilo. 11 minutes.
3,4,5: 24 kilo: 9 minutes.
6: 28 kilo. 6 minutes.
7: 32 kilos. Just going for a walk. Can set the bell down. Go by feel.
8: 36 kilo. Same as above.
Iron Cardio:
Double classic: (16+20): 1,1,1 + 1 snatch each round, dumbbell 20 kilo.
25 repeats in 18 minutes. NEW PR. A bit acid in my quads. Squat is really a heavy exercise and double squats are quite demanding.
I have caught an influenza. Maybe it is the time of they years, but maybe my training was a bit too hard, and that I did not have enough rest-days. Currently I am switching between iron cardio and Axe with 36 kilo. Despite everything this is harder than 10-15 minutes on a stationary bike. Maybe in the future I will try to have more rest-days, and more days where I just do a short and slow session on the stationary bike just to sleep better. It is so easy to chase a new PR and to always go for pushing yourself. Note to self. Some days where I only do yoga can also be good.
31 minutes of stationary bike.
The complete work-out 37 minutes.
Did some pull-ups, push ups and kb press with 24 and 28.
Also did jumping lunges.
A fun workout.

Upphill lunges training from Pavel. I did it in a long outdoor stair. I was forced to walk down, since there are elevator here. Did this for 23 minutes (this includes intervals and breaks). Felt a bit heavy in my legs afterwards.
