I’m not sure where to report in for challenge progress.
02.02.24 100 swings 10x10 EMOM 50lb bell 1 TGU 15lb bell each side.
02.03.24 100 swings 10x10 EMOM 50 lb bell 2 TGU bell in left hand. 1 TGU bell in right hand.

Today:
Double 32kg Iron Cardio x 15 sets in 11:50
32kg One-arm swing x 5 E35 x 20 sets
32kg Get-up x 1+1 x 5 sets
 
2/3 - climbing day.
Swings 20k 10x5 between getups
Getups 20k 1,2,2

2/4
Getups 5x1. 10 sec edge hangs between each GU
Swings H2H 4x25 OTM.

I've been doing the odd session of H2H with the 24 for the last few months. It was kinda wild how much easier it was with the 20k. Seems like a much bigger difference than my usual 5x20.

Today:

20 single hand swings 24kg
80 single hand swings 28kg
2 getups 24kg
8 getups 28kg

Yesterday was the same but I added 1 32kg getup at the end and 10 single hand swings each side with the 32 kg just to try to get my body used to the idea of 32kg. I’ve been doing 32kg shocker Saturdays.
 
2/5 - climbing day

Descending ladders 10-6 w/ 20k
10L , edge hang, TGU L
10R, edge hang, TGU R
Etc

Big thanks to @Brett Jones for this idea. I had not thought about making each day a bit different like this. My more literal mind has not made the jump to th "art" of program design.
