It's not an all-inclusive list - of course front squats!!! I think the only real limitations (in my mind) would be it has to be a free squat w. an eccentric and a concentric with big plates.No front squats?

Nice work! Attempts start today!Here I am at 70 years old squatting 401 pounds with a badly torn meniscus. As I was coming back up my right meniscus hung up on me and I had to really lean back straight and tall to finish it.

Because those and my OHSQ are what I need to work on most for the next few months.
I like it, the original 315lbs/140kg, but front squats instead of back squats. Wouldn't be that long a set. Lucky to get ten.
