I have a powerlifting meet May 20 and then Nationals in September. I usually stick to 3 rep range. Today is my 2nd squat day of the week.

Tuesday my next squat day I'll make a video of my squats.

Love this! I’ve been 90+% bells since Covid and am working the BB back in this year. My pre Covid max was 300lbs for 5 in November 2019. I’m easing back in but 185lbs for 5 felt easy today. I’ll be posting progress here and look forward to seeing how others do as well. Happy squatting all!

Beltless PR on the RhinoFlex bar with 420lbs. I wasn't sure that I could do it, but after watching the video I think I had another in the tank. Followed this with 370x6 and 330x8. My focus is going to be on beltless work for the next 6 months.

Here is my old man that will be 68 soon. He hasn't done any back squatting in years and he stepped back into with the RhinoFlexHD monster. He hasn't done much upper body work in the past couple months due to shoulder and bicep issues. He has only been working squats on the Powertec machine. He had more but his form was definitely rusty.

My right meniscus is pretty badly torn, actually the doctor says it looks like a jig saw puzzle. I hurt it getting out of my van when my foot slipped and my knee twisted. I still managed to get my workout done.
