I've started another cycle of IPM (RSAS), think my 4th. I wasn't enjoying the high rep classic lifting sessions, I felt very tired the following day so time for another IPM cycle.

I'm doing the bent press in mini clusters I.e. 2x L&R then rest for a few minutes. I really enjoy cluster training and it seems to work well with the bent press in IPM.

I did btp in clusters 4x2 L , 4x2 R, 3x2 1×3 L, 3x2 1x3 R with a 4min break in between clusters. This really works, doing the same side each cluster allows you to really grease the groove before switching sides for the next cluster.., whilst also allowing the non working arm to rest.

Ive had the Tim Andersons becoming bullet proof book for a while, but haven't dived deeply into it till now. Im going to alternate days of this and IPM. Hoping to improve overall my strength snd work capacity., but just starting out on the beginners sessions.

@Kiacek I really enjoyed doing the OS bullet proof sessions, something completely different from reps and sets. Probably a bit early to judge the benefits, but I did feel an increase in all over strength. The 32kg bell felt lighter in my hand and today I did some double front kb squats with 28 + 24 kg bells which also felt much lighter especially when holding in the rack. It will be good to see how I feel once I move into the jntermediate sessions.

I did the bullet proof session straight after my OS resets and hindu recharge. I'm upto 56 hindu squats and felt these in my legs when crawling.
 
My first log entry since June , since my last entry, I switched to A&A around July, but continued to do Bent Press singles and crawling. We've been having renovations done to our house so been living with the in laws and working from my parents. Now back home and decided to give another programme a run, namely The Giant. I've been doing snatches for a few years so good to have a break and pick them up again next year, hopefully a bit stronger.
I'm still continuing with OS work and do swings on the hour to get away from my pc while working from home. I've stopped LSD running for a while, just long walks, but will pick this up again next year.
My focus is The Giant.

Monday 23 rd
14 x 5 (L&R) 70 reps
Starting off with 1 bell and conservatively starting with the 24kg as 10rm.
