NTS: is it Simple practice if I’m not keeping strictly to the letter, and adding in chin-ups or hammer curls? I like the swings and the getups, these have been incredibly formative, so I’m always going to work them in, but I’m not aiming for ‘Timed’ standards, I’ve hit ‘Timeless Simple’ and I’m happy with that achievement for now. I’m drawn to double kettlebells, but I think I’ll keep to a single session a week for now, I need to get my technical skills dialled in before I ramp up with those.
