Changing training up a but.
Bringing KB to work, to use during lunch time when time allows.
No.more barbell work unless feel good during the weekend.
Too tired and inconsistent training time with a newborn in the house.

Not sure if it was getting more than 4 hours of sleep, working out at noon instead of 5am or not doing 40kg TGU before hand but that session felt much "easier" than the last one.

I left 375 on my deadlift bar, an everytime I go to the basement I pull it for 1-3.

Worked all night, tired, trained because I am slight neurotic and trying to wake up a bit.

Good luck. I am in the same boat as a new dad trying to fit in training.

Find some days it's easy to fit the training in, do some sets while cooking, while baby sleeps, straight after changing nappy. But some days it's just hard to face more than about 5 sets of one exercise!

Most definitely, I leave a loaded deadlift bar and bench next to the washer/dryer, quick sets every day.

And then 2 days of clean and Jerks on lunch when able to break off at work

30 degrees an snowing, little work to hold onto a cold wet kb. But one of my "easiest" sessions yet. Maybe sleep? Cool weather? Better breathing?

Was set up to finish the 30 min, very humid here today and hands took a beating, could feel the skin rubbing between the layers so cut it short before a tear.
