A gentleman, a scholar, and a warrior-poet. He possesses great strength, and even greater humility--a true martial artist. And he has a great sense of humor.

Gary Music is an instructor who truly cares about his students. He will patiently work with you at your own pace to set and attain your personal goals. Him and his wife Reneta are a power couple who take pride in teaching strength without compromising safe body mechanics. Gary taught me how to do my very first strict pull-up. I would recommend his training abilities to anyone who seeks strength.

I have just recently attended the SFG kettle bell course with Gary Music as one of my instructors. My experience at the this course was my first exposure to kettle bells and it was certainly eye opening. My interest became a fascination after this course with Gary and left me wanting to be apart of the kettle bell universe and community. Gary's vast experience and attention to detail allowed me to soak up a lot of knowledge in only one day. I cannot thank Gary and SFG enough and would highly recommend Gary.

I participated in the Dayton OH kettle bell basic class with Gary as one of the instructors. The course was well organized and very informative. Gary communicated with all the members of the class and was very engaging. I was concerned that I would not get my money's worth since I have been around weight rooms for 30 years. I was so wrong. I learned so much from Gary & the other instructors. I also thought I was in decent shape. The day was challenging and it showed me that I have work to do. I would recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness. It was well worth the money. Thanks Gary!!!

Gary Music recently taught a seminar at our facility and is an outstanding instructor. His presentation was concise and engaging. We were able to achieve things some of us thought not possible. I highly recommend Gary and look forward to further instruction from him.
