I discovered how to use my lats tonight via the abs while on the bench. Basically, I remembered my KB swing and how the plank at the top uses the ab cramp to connect with the lats. So, I think of the bench setup as the plank at the top of the swing.

Should of went with 195x5sx3r. The weight went up smoothly, but could not quite keep my form. Need to remain patient and spin this up slowly.

Running with minimalist shoes continues to be an enjoyable experience. Entirely different than running with cushioned shoes.
