Can we get some update from the thread creator? Are there several programs in the package? How many times per week do you train? When will it be released?

There will be several guidelines and plans to follow. Once it's released, more info will be available. I'm not sure of the release date yet but I imagine soon. It's divided into 3 categories, beginner, intermediate and advanced. The programming and very simple but efficient
