Lots of missed days with holiday travel

Lesson learned: After an easy day last week with the 32 kg bell, 24 hours after that work-out I had bad lateral epicondylitis including small bruise on the right and it seems it will be a bit of a setback. No sign of symptoms at the time, only later. Time to back off again.
