This session contained 180 pushups and 60 pullups. It's a neat way to develop some good volume in a short time frame while keeping HR in a reasonable zone.
Like this one too. But somehow I am addicted to the snstch . Also noticed in the last few years my body reacts better to single kb work. Once in a while I do some doubles, but prefer single workFri 4/23

Yesterday I didn't have the juice for snatches, I've found bad things can happen on those days so I don't poke the bear by forcing it. No juice for burpees then either.Like this one too. Yes it is! The next morning I didn't feel sore or anything but definitely felt like I did something different.5x5 on the DC+PP is a solid stimulus.

Thanks MontyI'm running one of the low volume A+A plans with the DC+PP right now, 2 reps per repeat. I'll keep you posted on how it plays out.
For sure and a great point, the watch is physically much better than a chest strap.. can't stand those..Sometimes it’s nice to be unencumbered physically and mentally from an HRM...
