You forgot to say that complexes are a lot of fun! That's top of the list to me.
Lol - I do em and I hate em most of the time. For me they work great to just knock it lose a bit. After doing a lot of straight resistance work it feels good to uncoil with a bunch of compound movements strung together. I'm not a big fan of the more focused complexes any more.
