Keep moving

Not much energy for training due to nightshifts. But finally not constantly raining this afternoon so did a small training anyway. A+A protocol. Feel great I did move a bit anyway. Now ready for my last nightshift.

2 x 5 straight leg deadlift (22 kg kb)
20 x 5 snatch (22 kg kb)
2 x 5 straight leg deadlift (22 kg kb)

Certainly true. In the evening I went for another 4.7 km walk. Good to see that after 2 beautifull days the trees are getting green really quick. Last weekend you could barely see any green and yesterday evening it looked liked it exploded into green. Lovely.

That's pretty dang good, after a run the last thing I want to do is more exercise haha
