Keep moving

Rebuilding back up again. Although it was less worse than the previous time, I noticed my endurance was gone. Note to myself, use the 16 kg next time for a few workouts


4 ROUNDS OF:
- 10 ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (18 kg kb)
- 400 m run
2 minutes walk
5 minutes run
2 minutes walk
1.7 km run

But on the 5 minute benchrun I just noticed my speed was 5:20. So not too much complaining about that.

You might be feeling less oomph, but credit to you for getting back to it so soon after covid, don’t knock yourself out!
 
You are right. Third time already, luckily not that severe this time, but enough to let my conditioning gone. Ah well, I will survive.

Today basic routine

5 x (1-2-3) clean & press (22 kg kb)
10 x 10 one-arm KB swings (22 kg kb)
