Keep moving

15/15 - 10/10 - 5/5 mace (6 kg) 10-to-2's
4 x (1-2-3) clean & press (24 kg kb)
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one-arm KB (24 kg) swings
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest

Pushups and swings: new set of 5 every 30 secs.
