Keep moving

Quite ok, just my endurance needs work again. Unbelievable how fast it seems to disappear, but maybe it also had helped speeding up my revovery. Maybe if I was in bad shape it was worse. My endurance will certainly return, just beed to work it back up.

Running st easy speed, the conditioning is from the VWC protocol. Good way to start the day. No walking today, late shifts this weekend.
