Always wise to choose to work on a weakness. Or at least... less strong.Today's session:
OAS 10x10 28kg
Notes: Had a lot going on today so only had time for one or the other. So I went for swings as my get ups are stronger!

OAS: Another set of 32s added, felt good.
Seems that you patience with the 28kg paid off and the 32kg flies. Adding sets with 32kg on consecutive days is strong progress!
Thanks! for the compliment but I'm just following the foot steps of giants that came before me.... no reason for me to "out think" them.... they all say the same thing.Thank you! Slowly getting there, taking a leaf out of your book and not rushing. Just enjoying the process!
I hear you man... when I miss a day other than my normal Sunday off i get all kinds of messed up and then I start to get irritable... way to get back on that horse.... I hate how work gets in the way...LOL!Notes: With work commitments I was unable to train for 3 days, which is the longest I've gone without a session to date. Session felt great, getting back into normality and working the kettlebells was the highlight of today.

TGU: Wasn't feeling as good with these today, so the last 2 sets I stepped down to 32kg to focus on form.
