This week I did a bad job of getting in my morning walks. Gotta get that in; helps keep me 'settled' and compliments the Buteyko work. It's hard to fit in the walks around Buteyko, work, and my regular PT. I'm going to wake up 30 minutes earlier and fit it in right after my first breathing session. If I can get to bed by 9:30 every night it should work.

It's a real balancing act.

Good snatch session. I used a green light HR of 115 instead of 120 to keep the training stress low and every rep crisp. Very hot and humid. Hands were stinging nicely.
