Sorry for absence!!!
After 2 weeks of vacation last week I just practiced with jerks and snatches.

This week on Monday I started "The Best All-Around Training Method EVER". This is my plan for next weeks but how long I don't know. Previous plan was pretty challenging and three practice days per week were a little bit difficult.
I'm going to do Clean+Jerk on Monday and Double Swing+Snatch on Thursday.

In a meantime I learning Bent Press - grease the groove approach.

How can you guess my logs will be even more boring that before... :D
