I know right! I do them before and after my training...The commando rocks are an amazing exercise. I may have to make them a daily routine.

EMOM works so nicely. I only go longer if I'm breaking into a heavier bell.My swings were EMOM tonight, and they felt strong & sharp. I think I may have found my "optimum setting" where my effort is easy, and my output is hard.

I like the way you put that!I may look to incorporate more BW exercises, and reduce the S&S work, to widen my base of strength & flexibility before chasing down the 28 kg & the 32 kg kettlebell.
