Ronen Katz
Ronen has dedicated his personal and professional life to the improvement of mental and physical well-being. He is a 6th Dan Black belt Shihan in Kyokushin Karate and its official representative in Israel.Katz has been an instructor for forces in the elite Israel Secret Service and Defense Department in Krav Maga and other self-defense techniques.
For the past twenty eight years, he has traveled regularly to Varnassi, India to learn the ancient techniques to better breathing, concentration, relaxation, and mental stability through Bhrigu Yoga and has become a senior disciple of Dr. Shri Brahma Gopal Bhaduri.
Katz is StrongFirst Senior instructor.

I had the pleasure of serving on Ronen's team as an assistant at a recent SFG1.
He led our team with equal parts wisdom and kindness. The students, assistants, and team leaders learned much from this man of few words.
His "What Is StrongFirst" speech was particularly moving and reminded us all that it's about the people, not the kettlebells.
