REVIEWS FOR BRETT JONES

Brett was able to help me with a training goal that was two years in the making. I had been struggling with the 44KG kettlebell for a long while, despite strength gains in other lifts and with slightly lower weights. Brett was able to quickly and efficiently evaluate my ability, modify my approach, and had me easily pressing in 44KG in only five weeks time. For any students of strength who are looking to get over your current plateau, and highly recommend reaching out to Brett to help you reach your strength potential.

I have worked with Brett on and off for the last 15-18 years. Brett is amazing. his knowledge is phenomenal. he is great to work with. he knows his stuff. whether you've been exercising for weeks or years, he can analyze your form and help improve your training. he is my go-to guy when it comes to physical training. he will not disappoint. Brett trained me to work with kettlebells without hurting myself. he worked with my father and my father's professional boxers, helping the pro boxers achieve peak form. if you've reached a plateau in your training, or want to learn how to train without hurting yourself, Brett is the man.
