What sums up Todd best is that he is a coach's coach. He enjoys passing knowledge down and helping anyone ready to improve their fitness or their coaching abilities. He is a strength and conditioning coach that specializes in sports performance training, hardstyle kettlebells and obstacle course/mud run racing.
He believes in training the whole body from your fingertips to your toes optimizing one's athleticism. Todd has over 20 years coaching experience and utilizes modalities such as: body weight, kettlebells, barbells, MONSTA tires, sledgehammers, sandbags, suspension training, speed and agility drills and even strongman equipment!

I met Todd in 2019 for an intro KB course, and two years later he helped train me for a successful SFG I certification. Every time I hit a sticking point in my training Todd knew exactly what to say to get me past it. He also looked closely at all my lifts and gave me great adjustments to make them better. He convinced me that I was ready for the SFG I, and as an older athlete I really needed his encouragement. Todd is the consummate coach! I look forward to knowing and working with him for a long time.
