Producing my Bachelor thesis right now. A bit stressed out, but the S&S helps me with my excessive energy. Now, a cup of coffee and back to writing!
 
Trail Running
4,15km

Slow and steady just to get the blood going. Needed to rest a few days from the 21k distance running as my body is really used to it yet. Today the body responded well and the technique is getting better day by day!
