Squat, walk out to HR pushup, walk back to squat, stand up x 5 continuous
In 35 lb vest x 20 on :30 seconds
Squat, walk out to HR pushup, walk back to squat, stand up x 1
Row 5 min
Mace 11&1 - 10 mins continuous @22lb ( between 350 and 380 reps)
Row 10 min (added in some bicep and upper delt work with this row block)

~5.4 mi trail run/walk (run 4.6)
Got tired of pausing recording, dog stops and stop lights are all included.
This has been where my philosophy has been trending lately. When i was in a running group a year or two ago i would get so competitive with them on strava. The timer doesn’t stop for water or pee breaks on race day!
