Sunday drive to Sedona.. Monday did nuttin but a couple of walks.

Tues 9/6
Nice 25 min karate warm-up this am, feeling a little stronger in the shoulder every week. Some days are better than others.

100 mace turns @22lb
16NR High pull @28k
4 x 10 MT pushup
Walk later
 
AM
2.4 mi walk/run in a fartlek'ish mode, needed to do something different today. HR in the red zone is due to a loose watch, not the real HR.. came down nicely after tightening the strap. I think some faster walking would be beneficial, maybe once per week.Screenshot 2022-09-29 10.08.51 AM.png
