Notes: I did something stupid yesterday during my training. My lower back (more towards the lats) are sore and very uncomfortable. I'm able to move and function throughout the day but sitting straight up and down isn't very comfortable. Surprisingly, standing and laying are fine.
Notes: My lower back is feeling better. I localized the pain to my left SI joint. I followed a Rock Tape method to help relieve the pain (How to Use Kinesiology Tape for SI Joint Pain). So far, it seems to be working very well.
