Morning conditioning workout I wanted to try. Bit too time consuming, so halfway changed a bit still a total of 6 km (6.2 to be exact) km of running. Also had started already when I realised I did not push the start button on my polar.
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 10 snatch left (20 kg kb)
- 400 m. run
- 10 snatch right (20 kg kb)
- 400 m. run

- 2 x 10 snatch (20 kg kb)
- 400 m. run
