This afternoon:

- 4 x 5 one arm swings (22 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 double arm swings (28 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest
That is so great! It also reminded me that I have been meaning to compliment you on the name of your log. "Keep Moving" is the best two word exercise advice I can imagine.
Had it longer on my mind to bring the kb with me and do 2 smaller running rounds with some vwc protocol snatches between. I have to admit, although hard (less rest between) I did like it and I plan to do it more often. Good thing was, that early there were no people around to disturb me in my routine. Love the fresh air and environment of the forest.

This morning also a 4 km walk with the kids. Lately nearly daily walking added. Next 3 probably not much walking due to late shift. But who knows, if still time in the morning I still might go. Enjoying those daily walks
