Keep moving

2.7 km walk

3 ROUNDS OF:
- 100 reps jumping rope (heavy rope)
- 2 x 10 swings (24 kg KB)
- 100 reps jumping rope (heavy rope)
- 2 x 10 pushups
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 30 meters suitcase walks left (26 kg kb)
- 30 meters suitcase walks right (26 kg kb)
 
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one handed swings (22 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
10 x 5 double handed swings (28 kg kb)
5 x 10 double handed swings (24 kg kb)

one handed swings: 5 reps every 30 secs.
 
This morning a 3.6 km walk with the kids.
This afternoon:

5.3 km walk
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one arm swings (22 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 double arm swings (28 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest
 
Thanks for your kind words.

Had it longer on my mind to bring the kb with me and do 2 smaller running rounds with some vwc protocol snatches between. I have to admit, although hard (less rest between) I did like it and I plan to do it more often. Good thing was, that early there were no people around to disturb me in my routine. Love the fresh air and environment of the forest.

Tried if I could do some clean and presses again, but left arm still says a big no ?. So pushups will be my pressing exercise.

* Used the 18 kg kb, but start to feel it in my butt and hamstrings. Hopefully I will be able to walk stairs tomorrow. My punishment for not working the legs lately ?

5 x 1 leg deadlift - left
5 x Rack lunge - left
5 x KB Pushups (on 1 kb, so close grip)

Switch and repeat
X 5 rounds

This morning also a 4 km walk with the kids. Lately nearly daily walking added. Next 3 probably not much walking due to late shift. But who knows, if still time in the morning I still might go. Enjoying those daily walks
