Trained together with my youngest sun. Plan was to stop after the one arm swings, but decided to do the 2 rounds (to make a total of 100 swings. Had in mind to do sets of 10 but changed so it woud be more visual for my son). Instead of swings, I made him do med. ball woodchoppers without thevjump. For the pushups hé did set 1 and 3 about 3 reps and set 2 and 4 a single slower good rep. Maybe next time I just let him do 1 good rep every 30 seconds and from there slowly build up the numbers.
