3 rounds Goblet Squats, Push-ups, Downward Dogs
Rib pulls, bretzels, arm bars, crooked arm bars
Really needed a bit of mobility work. Lower abs and quads have been chronically sore for a week; this got things moving and flushed a bunch of blood into those areas. Felt very therapeutic.
