I lost 1/2" off my waist while only losing 0.4 pound of body weight - since last Sunday.
I'm shocked!
I don't feel like I'm dieting in the slightest; I feel full and wholly satisfied after each meal, plenty of training energy, nothing hurts (except the damn skin on my hands haha), the 28k snatch continues to zip around, etc. It might be interesting to see where I'm at come July!
